This past month I had occasion to travel to Buffalo, New York. While many others may groan at just hearing the name of that city, I have an affinity for it. I love the history, architecture, funky little neighborhoods, and the sheer expanse of it. I see what once was during the city's heyday and what could be, given a robust economy and a growing, rather than waning population. There is art, higher education, music, state of the art medical facilities, and now... a great little cheese shop.
