The French version of Gruyere, this Alpine cheese is sharp and creamy with a grassy yet fruity flavor and nutty notes. Our 24 month aged Comté is more flavorful and sharp than 12 or 18 month versions of the same cheese. This cheese is made from raw cow's milk.
