Aged Manchego

Produced in Spain from raw sheep's milk, our Aged Manchego is aged for 9-12 months before it is imported to the United States.  Covered in wax, expect a firm, compact, ivory paste containing small holes and well-balanced flavors characteristic of sheep's milk with nutty, buttery undertones.
