Brebirousse Dàrgental

This brie-style cheese is imported from France and made with 100% sheep's milk.  The exterior is dusted with annato powder, a natural food coloring made from the seeds of the achiote tree.  This cheese is lactic, creamy and buttery and a great option for those who find it difficult to digest young cow's milk cheeses.
