Epoissses

Epoisses Berthaut is a soft, very creamy, pasteurized cow's milk cheese from the Cote-d'Or and Burgundy regions of France.  It is a washed-rind cheese that has been washed in Marc de Bourgogne, which creates a very aromatic cheese with a beautiful orange rind and an interior that is sweet and pungent.
