Fiore Dolce Piccante Calabrese

Produced in Calabria, Italy, this Pecorino is made from sheep's milk then infused with Calabrian hot red Pimento paste.  After aging for four months, this cheese is ready for export to the United States.  As far as spice... expect a subtle attack that gains weight and heat as it melts in your mouth; the more veining, the more heat!
