Red Siren

Produced in Switzerland and made from raw cow's milk, Red Siren is nutty and creamy on the palate.  More mild than it looks (and smells), Red Siren is rubbed in paprika, which contributes to its striking color and distinct aroma.  Think of Red Siren as an artisanal Gruyere or Appenzeller that is super delicious!
