Named after the blustery winds that blow across King Island, Australia, this blue cheese presents a honeyed, slightly sweet and nutty flavor with a creamy texture that is matured in wax which helps the cheese retain mosture and maintain its smooth character.  

Made from pasteurized cow's milk.
