Produced in France from pasteurized cow's milk, then aged for 60 days, St. Agur is a traditional French bleu that is less salty and less sharp than Roquefort, and a silky creaminess that is delightful on the tongue. We consider it a medium-strength bleu that has a highly concentrated milky, lactic flavor.
