Produced in the UK by Colsten Basset, this flavorful cheese is the perfect example of an English classic farmhouse style blue.  It has a crumbly, fudge-like, creamy texture and a flavor that starts off mellow that gradually sharpens and finishes with sweet, salty, and nutty notes.
